Submissions

The process is as follows:

1. Send your submissions to myforeverwall@gmail.com. (See needed info below)
2. We will send you a once-off payment link for R250
3. Once paid, your submission will be activated and will appear on the website.

We decided to keep the onboarding process as simple as possible, without the complexity of forms and other automated processes.

Needed information for classification:

Your submissions can include species like birds, cats, dogs, chickens, fish, horses, rabbits, reptiles, exotic breeds and anything in between.

• Name: We need his/her name. 
• This will become part of the title on the submission.
• Title: Give a short title for your submission
• Example: My Best Friend "Gem"
• Departure Date: Example 12 Oktober 2025 (sorted by this)
• Type: Example dog, cat, mouse, bird, horse, exotic etc
• Breed: Example Border Collie, Husky, etc
• Closest Town: Example Cape Town
• For consistency, classifications will be done in English

Ideas for your content

• You can submit your content in Afrikaans or English
• Your Memories
• Unforgiving behavior
• Seeking your protection
• Did he/she understand words, signs or body language?
• Did they have any unique routines?
• What were their toys and what did they do at playtime?
• Did they have any favorite snacks or tricks?
• You can attach the following images (limit to max 15 please):
• The cover (1st) image must ideally be a landscape 4:3 image.
• Start your image description with a number, so that we can place the images in the correct order. Then name each photo so we can place that as a caption above each photo.
• Example "1 In my young days I looked like this"
• Example "2 Speeltyd met my geliefkoosde speelding"
• You can also add
• Vetenary Clinic Business Card (if available)
• We will add a free reference card for such a clinic
• These references will be dated under 01 Jan 25, appearing towards the bottom of all posts
• In the sidebar there will also be a special reference to all vet clinics
• The medical record card (if available)

Sharing and Viewing Content

Per the above, the bottom left will indicate the number of comments you received against your submission. All people with Google accounts can submit comments. The bottom right allows anyone to share the post, as indicated below.

You will be able to instantly search using his or her name in the search bar, so you can instantly find what you are looking for.

You can also use the provided search tools in the sidebar to narrow down your searches.
